Reliability and validity of the attitudes questionnaire regarding gastric cancer screening and prevention among frontline nurses and healthcare providers in Chinese Mainland

Across August and September, CNSA Communities of Practice continued to bring cancer nurses together to share knowledge, experiences and practical ideas from across the country. Seven CoPs met during this period, covering everything from clinical ethics and survivorship to rare cancers, supportive care and emerging treatments.

New Australian research has highlighted the value of nurse practitioner-led colposcopy services in reducing anxiety and improving women’s experience of cervical screening follow-up.

New national guidelines for PSA testing and the early detection of prostate cancer provide updated guidance on who should be offered testing, how frequently testing should occur and what should happen when PSA levels are elevated. The guidelines aim to support earlier detection while ensuring testing and investigation are based on individual risk and informed decision-making.
