Dr  Maree  Colosimo

Dr Maree Colosimo

Medical Oncologist

Dr Maree Colosimo is a medical oncologist who is committed to the survivorship of all her patients with cancer and has a particular interest in multidisciplinary treatment of breast cancer.

Dr Colosimo graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with Honours in 1992 before moving to Queensland to undertake her specialist oncology training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in 1995. Remaining in Brisbane after becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, she has since worked as a medical oncologist across Brisbane and regional Queensland.

Dr Colosimo is also actively involved in translational research, looking at the best ways to translate clinical research into practice in order to enhance the health and wellbeing of all patients

Samantha Moules

McGrath Cancer Care Nurse - Breast, Genesis Care

Samantha Moules is a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse specialising in supporting patients with Breast Cancer and Nurse Clinical Lead for the McGrath Foundation. She has worked as a Oncology nurse for over 25 years, currently based at Genesis Care in Sydney's north.  Sam is committed to delivering compassionate patient centred care whilst guiding and supporting nursing teams in clinical practice. Drawing on post graduate experience Sam is passionate about improving patient outcomes and empowering nurses in all aspects of the role..
