The ReViTALISE Project, in partnership with Goulburn Valley Health and Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd, has launched three videos by mob, for mob on the Lotjpa Yapaneyepuk YouTube channel to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in understanding and accessing cancer clinical trials.
Members are encouraged to access this new toolkit to guide health services in developing and implementing a First Nations care coordinator role. It includes a collection of background material, implementation steps, strategies/activities, recommended outcome measures and resources to support services in their implementation goals.
