Survivorship CoP Inaugural Meeting - ’The Sydney Cancer Survivorship Centre Model of Care’

Add to cal

Via Microsoft Teams

The inaugural session will focus on an established model of care. Nurse Practitioner, Kim Kerin-Ayres will share her experience and provide an overview of Concord Cancer Centre's Survivorship Model of Care.
Participants will then be invited to help shape the future direction of the CoP by sharing priority topics, challenges, and areas where further support or resources are needed. This co-design approach ensures the sessions remain relevant, practical, and aligned to the needs of cancer nurses.
