The Nurse Educators Community of Practice brings together nurse educators from both public and private healthcare settings to connect, collaborate and share knowledge and resources.

The Community of Practice provides a space to discuss current challenges and opportunities in nurse education, share practical resources and learn from the experiences of colleagues across different organisations and settings.

The purpose of this CoP is to:

  • Connect nurse educators across public and private healthcare settings and foster a supportive professional community.
  • Share knowledge and resources to reduce duplication and make it easier for educators to access and build on existing work.
  • Share best practice and practical approaches to education, training and professional development.
  • Support collaboration by providing opportunities to discuss common challenges, ideas and solutions.
  • Provide ongoing professional learning through bi-monthly meetings, shared resources and discussions.
  • Encourage knowledge exchange beyond the virtual meetings, creating an active community where members can continue to learn from and support one another.

All nurse educators are welcome to join the bi-monthly meetings and contribute to discussions and resource sharing. The more we share, the less we duplicate — and the more effective we can be.
