Oncology Education Manager, Eli Lilly
Katherine is the Oncology Education Manager with Eli Lilly. An oncology nurse by background, Katherine has worked across various hospitals and cancer settings over the past 19 years.
In her current role, Katherine leads Lilly’s Breast Cancer Education Program, supporting oncology health professionals across Australia to build confidence, strengthen knowledge, and enhance understanding of breast cancer and patient needs. In 2025, the program delivered more than 110 modular education sessions across 30+ health services, reaching over 1,000 healthcare professional touchpoints—highlighting the strong demand for tumour-specific education that supports both early-career and experienced oncology staff.
Before joining Lilly, Katherine led the Information and Support Services portfolio at Cancer Council Victoria. She is passionate about supportive care and about developing education and service initiatives that are truly patient-centred.
