Jemma Still
Jemma has been actively involved in the management of professional associations for the past 17 years, as the Head of Member and Partner Services with the Australian Tourism Export Council, the Business Development Manager at the Law Society of NSW and the Membership and Education Manager at the Migration Institute of Australia.
Throughout these positions, she has developed strategies to achieve the successful implementation of the associations' strategic plans – mainly within the areas of membership growth, member satisfaction, business development, revenue opportunities, education programs, brand position and recognition and marketing and communications.
Jemma is degree qualified in journalism with a major in public relations, and has always had a strong passion for the English language. She is extremely passionate about getting members and stakeholders better connected to achieve their strategic priorities and with that, achieve long term success.

Dr Pammie Ellem
Dr Pammie Ellem is a dedicated and accomplished Registered Nurse with extensive experience across rural and remote healthcare, academia, and professional leadership. Her clinical expertise spans acute and community care, with a particular focus on Breast and Prostate Cancer, Palliative Care, and Aged Care.
Pammie has held diverse academic roles in undergraduate and postgraduate education, research supervision, and clinical liaison. Her PhD research led to the development of a peer support model titled “Connecting the Unconnected”, designed to support geographically and professionally isolated health practitioners. Building on this work, she created a face-to-face practicum for emerging specialist nurses in rural and remote areas, enhancing access to cancer care education.
As Associate Director at ANMAC, Pammie has contributed her broad clinical and academic experience to the accreditation of nursing programs, ensuring future nurses receive high-quality education and are equipped to deliver best practice care.
Pammie is passionate about mentoring nurses pursuing research and higher education, supporting both Higher Degree Research students and collaborative research teams.

Jackie Schmidt
With more than two decades of experience in marketing and communications, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and skill as a generalist marketer and partnerships manager. With strengths in brand management, marketing strategy, campaign development, and relationship management, Jackie has worked in both public and private sector organisations, as well as being a freelance marketing consultant. With a degree in Business, Jackie thinks strategically, led by data and analysis, but creates to captivate, inform and inspire. She freely admits to her love of all things marketing, and is particularly passionate about connecting, engaging and growing strong relationships with members and stakeholders of CNSA to create opportunities that help deliver the vision of achieving the best possible outcomes for all people affected by cancer.

Aviya Bavati
Aviya is a dedicated project manager and stakeholder engagement professional, with a passion for forging meaningful relationships, crafting community-centric events, and building multicultural communities. With over a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector, Aviya specialises in volunteer management, committee support and member engagement. Aviya has an MBA and a keen interest in strategic problem solving and data-driven improvement. He is committed to working collaboratively to empower CNSA members and facilitate their success.

Clare Lynex
Clare has a doctorate in medical genetics and initially started out in clinical research for the MRC and NHS in the UK. Then decided to pursue her passion for science communication as a medical writer. Clare has worked with a diverse range of healthcare agencies providing marketing and medical communications strategy for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry for over 10 years. Her experience also involves engaging and partnering with healthcare NGOs and patient organisations on delivering medical education and patient support programs.

Amy Ribbons
Amy has worked in the not for profit sector since 2008, and enjoys the ability to give back in her professional life. A passionate and loyal employee, Amy worked for the Leukaemia Foundation and Cancer Council WA across a variety of volunteer management and administrative support roles before joining CNSA in 2012.
Having worked for CNSA for over a decade, she offers a wealth of corporate knowledge and is the first port of call for any member looking for assistance. Her steadiness, unwavering support and personal approach make her the anchor of our volunteer network - a role she relishes.
Amy holds qualifications in Community Services and Business, and has a long history volunteering with organisations close to her heart that offer community support in her local region.

Anne Salvador
Anne has over 10 years of experience in admin and secretarial roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in English and a Masters of Public Administration. Anne has worked in administration and Executive Assistant roles across a range of industries. Her expertise focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and managing databases and business systems, including Association Online and she utilises her skills and dedication in delivery of exceptional service.
