Outcome of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 November

We are pleased to advise that the Ordinary Resolution to extend the terms of office for three current Directors by one year — allowing each to serve up to seven consecutive years if re-elected — was passed by a majority vote.

This adjustment restores the intended rotation cycle of Director elections, ensuring balanced renewal, continuity of experience, and stability across the Board as CNSA continues to grow and deliver national programs that strengthen and support the cancer nursing workforce.

Thank you to all members who attended, and to those who submitted a proxy vote, for their continued engagement and support of good governance within the organisation.
