Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia Ltd (ACN 621 003 414)

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Clause 18 of the Constitution that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia Ltd (CNSA) will be held in person at the 28th CNSA Annual Congress in Perth on Friday 19 June 2026 at 8:30am AWST.

Business of the Annual General Meeting

The following business will be conducted at the AGM:

  1. Welcome and Apologies
  2. Minutes of the 2025 AGM of the CNSA
  3. Chairperson’s Report
  4. Ordinary Business:
    • Acceptance of Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
    • Appointment of Auditor
  5. Announcement of Directors

Important Information:

Participation and voting at the Annual General Meeting

All CNSA Members are entitled to attend the AGM. As per Clause 25 of the Constitution, all Full Members are entitled to one vote, provided their membership fees are not overdue or unpaid.

If you wish to appoint another Member as a proxy, please complete the proxy form before 8:30am AWST on Wednesday 17 June 2026.
