Notice is hereby given in accordance with Clause 18 of the Constitution that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia Ltd (CNSA) will be held in person at the 27th CNSA Annual Congress in Adelaide on Saturday 21 June 2025 at 8:00am ACST.

Participation and voting at the Annual General Meeting

All CNSA Members are entitled to attend the AGM. As per Clause 25 of the Constitution, all Full Members are entitled to one vote, provided their membership fees are not overdue or unpaid.

If you wish to appoint another Member as a proxy, please complete the proxy form before 5:00pm AEST on Monday 16 June 2025.
