CNSA does not provide funding for external organisations to cover speaker fees, travel, or accommodation. If your proposal includes external speakers, your organisation will need to cover these costs. We encourage applicants to utilise local speakers where possible.

You are welcome to submit your EOI while awaiting confirmation of external funding. Please clearly indicate in your application that funding is to be confirmed (TBC) and provide details of the grant or funding source. If your EOI is successful, final confirmation will be required once funding is secured.
9. What if my session idea overlaps with another?
The Congress Committee may suggest merging sessions, adjusting scope, or recommending collaborations if EOIs are complementary.
10. How will EOIs be assessed?
EOIs will be reviewed by the Congress Committee based on:
- Relevance to the Congress theme
- Value to delegates and alignment with current priorities in cancer nursing
- Diversity of speakers, settings, and perspectives
