Long term physical and mental health outcomes for Breast Cancer Survivors could be dramatically improved. Improving long term quality of life for women treated for Breast Cancer can be significantly improved though strengthening early referral pathways to Allied Health. To achieve this we need to strengthen working relationships between Nursing and Allied Health. Improving collaboration and a deeper understanding of each Health Professional's role will see marked improvements in the long term health outcomes for Breast Cancer Survivors.
