Vicki Sproule joined GenesisCare in 2016 as the Research Manager for NSW and worked across several roles before becoming the Research Operations Manager in 2021. Vicki is a Registered Nurse and has worked in Oncology Research for the past 20 years.
In her current role Vicki is responsible for the management of all operational aspects of clinical research activities across the portfolios of Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Haematology and Theranostics. Vicki has been able to develop a diverse range of skills that allow for the comprehensive understanding of the clinical research environment in Australia.

Research Operations Lead, Genesis Care
Hayley Brennan is a Research Operations Lead with GenesisCare, specialising in oncology clinical research operations. Originally trained as a Radiation Therapist, she has extensive experience as a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator before moving into research leadership roles. Hayley oversees end‑to‑end clinical research activities across commercial, collaborative, and investigator‑initiated trials, supporting Principal Investigators and site research teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant research.
Research Operations Lead, Genesis Care
Suzi Jakicic is a clinical research leader and experienced clinical trials professional, currently working as Research Operations Lead at GenesisCare. With a background in cancer nursing, haematology/oncology research, nursing education and project management, Suzi has led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex trial operations across planning, budgets, resourcing, and regulatory compliance. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred research that aligns with Good Clinical Practice and mentoring teams to strengthen research capability and data quality.
