Didn’t grab a host kit at Congress? No problem – just fill out the online form before 25 July and we’ll send one your way.

Our Cancer Nurses Day host kits include goodies to help you bring the celebration to life. Simply complete the online form to request a kit. All orders must be submitted by 25 July so we can get everything to you in time. Please note though - supplies will be limited and might run out before this date - so get in quick!

Kits will also be available for WA members to collect at the Haematology Education session on 9 August.

Stickers to wear on the day!
