Congress Terms and Conditions
Liability: In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia and Chilli Fox Events accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.
Disclaimer: The Congress program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
Program Changes: The Organisers reserve the right to alter the Congress program, speakers, session times or format where necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Delegate Conduct: Delegates are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Congress, any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Privacy: Personal information collected as part of the registration process will be handled in accordance with the CNSA Privacy Policy and used for Congress administration, communication and related purposes only.
Photography and Recording Disclaimer : During your attendance at the CNSA Annual Congress, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means (“recorded”) by an official representative of the CNSA, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the CNSA. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the CNSA in writing via email - [email protected].
Insurance: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organisers’ 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers - [email protected]
