A call for help: double check your membership renewal

After our website upgrade, some auto-renewals didn’t carry across—so we need your help. In December, CNSA moved to a brand new website to improve your experience. While we’ve made things easier to use, credit card and auto-renewal details did not transfer across due to security reasons. This means that many members who previously renewed automatically may not realise they are now unfinancial. If you—or a colleague—haven’t manually renewed your membership since the change, your membership may have lapsed without you knowing.

Here’s what you can do to help:

  • Check your own membership status by logging in at www.cnsa.org.au.

  • If you're getting emails asking you to renew, it means you're currently unfinancial.

  • Ask your colleagues if they’ve double-checked their own membership. A quick nudge could save them from missing out on access to education, networks, or member rates.

  • Encourage them to log in, hit “Renew Now”, and choose either Quarterly ($55 every 3 months) or Annual Payment ($220) to get back on track.

  • Share our social media campaigns to help us get the message to a wider audience.

Why it matters:

Being a CNSA member is more than a subscription—it’s a sign of professionalism, commitment, and community. Employers and interview panels increasingly look for active involvement in professional associations like CNSA as a sign that you’re engaged, up to date, and serious about your career.
