2026 Mentoring Program coming soon
Thanks to the continued support of AstraZeneca, we’re able to invest in the next generation of cancer nurses by offering a structured, meaningful program that nurtures both professional growth and personal confidence.
At CNSA, we’re passionate about supporting nurses at every stage of their career. Our Mentoring Program, delivered every two years, is central to that commitment. Over six months, mentees are paired with experienced cancer nursing mentors who provide guidance, encouragement and insights to help navigate the complexities of cancer care.
What the Program Offers
This carefully designed program supports individual career progression for both mentees and mentors, while strengthening the broader cancer nursing community. Participants will explore practical and relevant topics including:
- Tailored guidance on career pathways within cancer nursing
- Professional development strategies, including ongoing education and certification options
- Advice on effective networking and building strong industry connections
- Techniques to manage burnout and maintain resilience
- Approaches to achieving healthy work-life balance
-
Communication and conflict-resolution skills for the workplace
