Optimal Care Pathway for LGBTQI+ People With Cancer: Steering Committee EOI
ASHM, AusPATH, and LGBTIQ+ Health Australia, with funding from the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care, are collaborating on a national project to develop an Optimal Care Pathway for LGBTIQA+ people with cancer. The aim is to co-design an inclusive Optimal Care Pathway (OCP) that reflects and addresses the unique needs of LGBTIQA+ people affected by cancer, plus a suite of educational resources to better equip health professionals to provide high-quality, affirming care.

CNSA has been invited to join the Steering Committee to provide expert oncology knowledge to ensure the OCP is evidence-based and aligned with the latest clinical advancements. The Committee will operate from April 2025 to June 2027.
We are calling for Expressions of Interest from CNSA members to represent CNSA on the Steering Committee. The role and responsibilities of the Steering Committee are outlined in the draft Terms of Reference
