Pre Congress Symposiums

This 3-hour pre-congress symposium is designed to empower cancer nursing professionals with the leadership skills, strategic insights, and collaborative tools needed to drive innovation, foster integration across care teams, champion education, and advocate for patients and the profession. Participants will explore innovative approaches to leadership development, recognise the importance of integrating leadership across systems and disciplines, and understand how education empowers nurses to lead effectively. Through case studies and collaborative dialogue, they will also examine advocacy strategies at national, regional, and international levels—highlighting how collective efforts can strengthen cancer nursing leadership and elevate the profession worldwide.
